Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, if any, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Cash on delivery

You pay our courier when your order arrives. No online payment is required.

Online payment

Processed securely through our certified payment provider. We never store your card details.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on your location. While we do our best to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address you provided. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged or missing.

If delivery fails because the address was incorrect or no one was available to receive the package, additional delivery fees may apply.

• 03Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked.
• 04Refunds are processed within 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We will guide you through the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.

All products sold by Insulik come with the legal guarantees provided under Tunisian consumer protection law. We do not offer additional warranties beyond what is required by law unless explicitly stated on a product page.
